No Change of Mind Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Refunds and Replacements
We are happy to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you discover any damage or defects in your product at the time of pick-up, please notify our staff immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund.
2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify our staff immediately upon pick-up. We will arrange for the correct items to be provided or offer a refund.
Conditions for Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds and replacements are only available for orders with documented issues at the time of pick-up.
- Requests for refunds or replacements must be made at the time of pick-up.
- To request a refund or replacement, please speak to our staff directly at the pick-up location.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom and special orders are non-refundable.
- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
