What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order starts from 2 dozen cookies per delivery. We're flexible for new partners — get in touch and we'll work out what suits your venue's volume and storage.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Greater Melbourne. If you're outside our standard delivery zone, contact us — we may be able to accommodate you or arrange collection from our kitchen.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are baked fresh and best consumed within 3–5 days of delivery when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. We recommend ordering to match your expected sell-through rate.
Can we order a selection of different flavours?
Absolutely. You can mix and match any flavours from our full range of 13. We can also recommend the best-selling combinations for café counter display based on our experience with other partners.
Do you offer custom or seasonal flavours?
Yes — for higher-volume wholesale partners, we can discuss exclusive or seasonal flavours developed specifically for your venue. This is available on our Scale tier.
Is branded packaging available?
We offer co-branded and custom packaging options for partners ordering at Growth tier and above. This is a great way to reinforce your brand while showcasing the product.
